Is Triode only suitable once we reach high-volume production?
No. Triode specialises in all volumes of electronics manufacturing. We can support products as they move from early production into sustained growth without requiring them to fit a rigid mass-production model.
Do our manufacturing files need to be completely production-ready?
No. We can review the available manufacturing information and identify what is needed before production begins. Our engineering team can support DFM, NPI, process development and test planning where required.
Can Triode take over production currently completed in-house or by another manufacturer?
Yes. A transition can be planned around your product, current commitments, manufacturing information and supply position. The objective is to protect continuity while establishing a controlled and repeatable production process.
What does the production scale assessment cover?
